Mr Kejriwal sir ,pl stop politising an economic issue and passing the buck on to Panjab and Haryana CMs.You are giving a subsidy of nearly 200 croroes to DTC to meet free ride expanses.The cost of a Happy Seeder is in between Rs44,000-2.5 lac which a farmer can hardly spend.There are literally no kulks (so called rich farmers as the term resonates)even in Panjab and Haryana .UP is bucking the trend .The size of Individual Khet or Jot or land under cultivation is small here and labor is cheap ,so paddy harvesting and seeding is labor intensive here as against combine harvesters in Panjab and Haryana owned by some farmers .At presnet both these states are extending 33%subsidies on Happy seeder machhines which work in tendem with disel operated Tractors.Khattar and Captain Amarinder Singh Ji can take the initiative of landing community Happy Seeder which the farmers can use like a day night match 24x7 for a fortnight in turn in a village . Kejri wal sahb can do the same in the NCR region if he so desires.
